Thank you for visiting the Diamond Filter website at https://www.diamondfilter.com. Your privacy is important to us and below is information about the data we collect, why and how we collect, use, and handle it when you use our website, products and services (referred to as “Services”).

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

You may browse our website without having to create an account, allowing you to visit our site without telling us who you are. However, some Services may require you to provide us with Personal Data. This may include personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies. We may collect and use Personal Data to provide you with Services, to bill you for Services you request, to market Services that we feel may be of interest to you, or to communicate with you for other purposes that are evident from the circumstances.

When you use any of our Services, you may provide information such as name, email, address, telephone, and other relevant data. We use this information to personalize and continually improve your experience with our Services, as well as identify you and provide you with support, services, mailings, sales and marketing actions, billing and to meet contractual obligations.

We will only process personal data in ways that are compatible with the purpose for which we collected it, or for the purposes you later authorize. We maintain reasonable procedures to help ensure that personal data we collect and use is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms

We keep contact form submission data submitted through our website for customer service purposes and for the purpose(s) indicated upon submission until you request we remove your data from our system.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics™ to enhance our services and offerings. Information about data the Google Analytics collects is available here, and Google’s Privacy Policy is available here.

How we protect your data

We are dedicated to keeping your information secure and testing for vulnerabilities. We deploy automated technologies to detect abusive behavior and content that may harm our Services, you, or other users.

Passwords. To provide you with an increased level of security, access to your account(s) is protected with a password you select. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. Your password will never be asked through unsolicited communication from Diamond Rock Spring Water.

Who we share your data with

We may use trusted third parties to help us provide, improve, protect, and promote our Services. These third parties will access your information only to perform tasks on our behalf.
